Dirty Martini

"Dirty Martini? Dirty B--" actually we won't quote Samantha's infamous line from Sex In The City because the language is terribly unbecoming, but we DO have to agree that an olive briney, delicious Dirty Martini is one of life's biggest pleasures.

150ml Portobello Road Tasteful Vodka

25ml Dry Vermouth

25ml Olive Brine

Fill a mixing glass with ice, then pour in the gin, vermouth and olive brine. Stir until the outside of the glass feels cold. Taste to make sure that it's cold to temperature and that you’re happy with the dilution.
