Portobello Pornstar Martini

Created at Lab Bar in Soho by our late friend Douglas Ankrah, the Pornstar Martini is loved by many.

Good job we have the best British Vanilla Vodka for the Pornstar Martini...

60ml Portobello Road Madagascan Vanilla Vodka
30ml Passion Fruit Liqueur
10ml Fresh Lime Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup (optional)

Shake all ingredients and strain into a martini glass.

Serve with the all important 100ml sparkling Wine on the side and half a Passionfruit to garnish.
