The Southside Fizz

Ingredients

35ml Portobello Road Gin

15ml fresh lime juice

10ml sugar syrup

6 torn mint leaves.

Method

Shake all the ingredients with fresh ice before straining through a fine sieve and pouring over ice cubes into a tall Collins glass. Top with premium tonic water and garnish with a sprig of mint.
