Temperance Margarita

Traditionally a tequila based drink, the margarita is a deliciously fresh and citrusy cocktail. When creating Temperance spirit, it was designed to be used in the same way you would enjoy white spirits in, not just gin. So replacing blanco tequila with our low alcohol (4.2% abv) spirit gives you all the spirit of a margarita, without the abv.

Ingredients:

60ml Temperance (shop)

30ml Lime juice

15ml Agave syrup (shop)

Garnish: Salt rim

Method:

Prepare a rocks glass with a salt rim.

Add all of the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake well.

Fine-strain over ice into a rocks glass and pop in a wedge of lime.
